Remove as much paint as possible. Immerse brush / roller in an appropriate solvent - either white spirit, paint thinners or a specialist brush cleaner. Soak in the solvent for around 10-20 seconds to loosen the paint. Next, wash the brush/roller in warm soapy water. Finally, rinse off and dry with paper towel.
Water-Based Paint Cleaning Instructions
Remove as much paint as possible and rinse equipment thoroughly in warm running water. Water-based paints are generally easier to remove than solvent-based paints, so there's no need for white spirit or specialist paint remover.
